Yes, you can come and go whenever you would like. There is no obligation to come all 3 days.
There will be designated parking areas. Someone will be available to guide you to a parking spot. Please park in designated areas only.
There will be games and limited seating. Please consider bringing a chair or something to sit on. Games will be available during the meal and fellowship time. Additionally there will be 2 camp fires in the evening times.
Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday will be provided free of charge. If you plan to eat with please register for those times/days. If you have special dietary needs, please feel free to bring food with you to meet your needs.
We recommend bringing a camping chair, blanket or hammock for seating. There are many trees in the event area to hang a hammock and relax. Additionally you may want to bring bug spray, snacks and water
We love pets, but to insure a safe environment we are not able to allow pets or animals at this event. The only exception are certified services animals. Credentials for the service animal will be required at the event
The event is located in a partially wooded and partial open land. There are shaded areas in the woods with lots of trees to hang your hammock from. Two fire pits with limited seating is also available. Please bring a camping chair or whatever you will feel comfortable siting on
Yes, invite everyone. This is a “come as you are” event. Everyone is welcome to join us in worship, fellowship and eating together.
This is a smoke/vape free event. If you need to smoke or vape, we ask that you do so away from the worship area. We want to be considerate of everyone. So please smoke or vape in the parking area.
Yes, we welcome camping. Please select the camping option when registering.
There are 2 fire pits available. As well as plenty of wood to keep the fires going. No other fires are allowed outside of these designated areas.
There will be porta-potties available and Hand sanitizer during the event. There are no showers available.
No, we are not hosting events to build a church. We are hosting these events so that we all can come together outside the church walls and bridge the gaps that have caused division. We want the world to see the Love of the Lord and the way we love each other. With so much division in the world, the church body should be united now more than ever.
